Payments made on this website are collected in the name of Swiss Time House.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours from receipt of order and are shipped via Bluedart (DHL/Fedex for international deliveries) or other reliable courier partners based on the shortest delivery timelines to the destination address with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you specifically require delivery by any other service, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The typical delivery timeframe for orders within India is 3 to 6 business days.
For International orders, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping is free on every order, within India and internationally. There is no minimum order value.
For international orders, customs duty has to be paid at the time of delivery. Any import duty or local taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer to the courier when the package is delivered.
